Responsibilities:

+ Provide one-on-one behavioral support services using evidence-based strategies

+ Implement individualized support and skill-building plans under clinical supervision

+ Accurately record session data using electronic systems

+ Maintain a supportive, respectful, and structured environment

+ Collaborate with supervisors, families, and care teams to support treatment goals

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Willingness to learn and a genuine interest in supporting individuals with Autism

+ Strong communication skills and professionalism

+ Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations

Need to Knows:

+ Services are provided in home-based or community settings

+ All positions start part-time

+ Encouraged to complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training

+ Minimum 6-month commitment required
