    Responsibilities:

    + Provide one-on-one behavioral support services to anadult client with Autism, using evidence-based strategies

    + Support skill development focused on independence, daily living, and positive behavior

    + Implement individualized care and behavior support plans under clinical guidance

    + Accurately collect and record session data using electronic systems

    + Foster a respectful, supportive, and structured environment

    + Collaborate with clinical supervisors and family members to support treatment goals

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Willingness to learn and a genuine interest in supporting adults with Autism

    + Patience, compassion, and professionalism

    + Ability to remain calm and supportive in challenging situations

    Need to Knows:

    + Services are provided in residential or community-based settings

    + All positions start part-time

    + Encouraged to complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training

    + Minimum 6-month commitment required
