Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a Form Cleaner to join their team. As a Form Cleaner, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the production and shipping teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Form Cleaner

**Location:** North Randall, OH

**Pay Range:** $18.20

**Shift:** 7:30am-4:00pm

What's the Job?

+ Count inbound forms and verify against expected receipts, documenting discrepancies and damages accurately.

+ Determine the need for cleaning or oils and sort forms accordingly.

+ Operate hand tools and power tools safely to remove debris or damaged wood from forms.

+ Operate forklift

+ Apply fresh form oil using provided sprayers and stack forms properly for storage or transfer.

What's Needed?

+ Ability to lift up to 75 lbs safely and consistently.

+ Use all provided PPE as instructed to ensure safety.

+ Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, grinders, and hand tools proficiently.

+ Basic math skills including counting, addition, and calculating area (length x width).

+ Knowledge of safe handling of water-based form oil and applicators.
