Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Software Engineer Java to join their team. As a Software Engineer Java, you will be part of the Software Development Department supporting innovative technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Software Engineer Java

**Location:** Dallas or Columbus

What's the Job?

+ Design, develop, and test software programs using Agile development practices

+ Provide strategic guidance and design for projects within your technology domain, including upgrades and deployments

+ Utilize advanced technologies to integrate various technology domains, creating expanded and efficient environments

+ Create and maintain technical documentation and departmental procedures

+ Lead projects and mentor less experienced staff, ensuring quality, security, and compliance standards are met

What's Needed?

+ Proficiency in Java, React, and REST APIs

+ Experience with OCP Cloud platforms

+ Knowledge of C# .NET is a plus

+ Experience in Identity and Access Management is a plus

+ Ability to read and convert C# .NET code to Java and React
