Our client, a leading organization in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Research Technician to join their team. As a Research Technician, you will be part of the R&D department supporting scientific and clinical research initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate curiosity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Research Technician (Office-Scientific/Clinical)

**Location:** Mason, OH

**Pay Range:** $19/h + Benefits

What's the Job?

+ Set up, operate, and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure smooth research operations.

+ Conduct experiments by combining hands-on experimentation with scientific principles to address technical challenges.

+ Test, monitor, and document experimental procedures and results with detailed logs.

+ Support the development of foundational technical understanding through practical application and experimentation.

+ Collaborate with team members to achieve key milestones and deliver technical outputs that support innovation.

What's Needed?

+ Educational background in science or engineering fields.

+ Ability to operate and maintain laboratory equipment effectively.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for logging experimental data.

+ Willingness to learn and develop proficiency in R&D procedural work and application tasks.
