Our client, the aerospace and telecommunications industry, is seeking a General Labor to join their team. As a General Labor, you will be part of the construction and technical support team supporting onsite project operations. The ideal candidate will have dependability, attention to safety, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** General Labor

**Location:** Santa Barbara, CA

Pay Range: $25.00

Shift: 7 am - 03:30 pm Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

+ Assist with indoor construction tasks at a facility in Santa Barbara

+ Use hand tools and drills safely and effectively

+ Work on equipment at heights up to 6 feet, including ladder work

+ Support conduit installation and related activities under supervision

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the project duration

What's Needed?

+ Basic indoor construction experience

+ Proficiency in the safe use of hand tools and drills

+ Ability to work on ladders and at heights up to 6 feet

+ Good communication skills in English

+ Dependability and punctuality, with reliable transportation to the site
