Supply Chain Assistant
**Location:** Downtown St. Paul, MN (paid parking)
**Start Date:** ASAP
**Duration:** Approximately 6 months with potential to go permanent
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
**Work Arrangement:** Hybrid (In-office Monday–Thursday, Remote Friday)
**Pay:** $22 – $25/hour
About the Role
Dessert Holdings is seeking a **Administrative Professional** to provide essential behind-the-scenes support during a major ERP transition. This role is perfect for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with data entry and strong Excel tasks. You’ll assist with document management, shortage communications, and system-related tasks while learning new processes.
Key Responsibilities
+ Send shortage emails and prepare custom documents for internal teams.
+ Ensure accuracy of shipment details before invoicing.
+ Prepare customs documents and other ad hoc reports.
+ Support ERP implementation efforts, including learning new systems.
+ Assist with transition from **Navision** to **Microsoft 365** ERP.
+ Perform data entry and maintain records in both old and new systems.
Qualifications
+ **Required:**
+ Strong proficiency in **Excel** (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and simple formulas).
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
+ **Preferred:**
+ Experience with **Navision** or other ERP systems.
+ Ability to adapt to new technology and processes quickly. **Additional Details**
