    **Job Title:** LMS Programmer (to migrate from Cornerstone Saba LMS to Docebo LMS)

    **Location:** Hybrid, Rockville, MD or Tysons Corner, VA

    Key Requirements/Top Skills:

    + _Previously migrated_ from Cornerstone Saba LMS to Decebo LMS

    + 6+ years' Lead Programming Experience

    + Java

    + AWS

    + Python Programming/Scripting

    + AI Machine Learning

    + Automation Testing (would be a PLUS)

    + Software configuration management

    + Learning Management System

    + Code baseline management (development and test environments)

    Core Responsibilities:

    + Review and analyze software/hardware configurations for specific environments

    + Create and maintain product builds and development/test code baselines

    + Recommend enhancements to configuration management systems, build processes, and delivery systems

    + Troubleshoot technical problems

    + Communicate solutions effectively to team members

    + Collaboration & Communication

    + Interface with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with customer expectations

    + Document and report status updates, including metrics

    + Provide informal mentoring to junior staff on project-level tasks
