As a **Security Officer - Hospital Entry Patrol** in **Grove City, PA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence for patients, staff, and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and deliver exceptional customer service while supporting a caring and collaborative environment. What You'll Do:

+ Provide excellent customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies within a healthcare environment.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting emergency response activities as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

+ Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences within the location.

+ Work in collaboration with healthcare staff and/or law enforcement when required to address security-related concerns.

+ Complete detailed and accurate reports documenting patrol activities, incidents, and any security-related events.

+ Remain alert and attentive to surroundings to help to deter potential risks and maintain an orderly environment.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Must have required hospital vaccinations.

+ Must be able to work in the hospital morgue.

+ Must be at least 21 years of age.

+ Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.

+ X-ray screening experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
