    Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Packaging Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Operator, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring efficient and accurate packaging of final products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Packaging Operator

    **Location:** Sparks Glencoe, MD

    **Pay Range:** $17.82

    **Shift:** Days (07:00 am -3:30 PM)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Label, inspect, and package final container products using manual and automated systems

    + Operate packaging equipment, including filling, labeling, and sealing containers

    + Set up, change-over, and maintain packaging machinery to ensure smooth operations

    + Record and verify production data, including batch records and labels

    + Identify and troubleshoot basic issues with packaging equipment and processes

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High School diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of manufacturing or warehouse experience in a regulated environment

    + Ability to follow standard operating procedures and GMP guidelines

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

    + Effective communication skills within a team environment

    + Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks
