    Title: Firmware Engineer

    + **Location: Puget Sound, WA**

    + **Duration: 5 Months (may extend but based on budget approval)**

    Candidate Requirements

    Experience

    + **10+ years of overall experience in the field**

    Education

    + **Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, but not required**

    Disqualifiers

    + **Inability to work onsite 5 days per week**

     

    Ideal vs. Average Candidate

     

    + **Ideal Candidate:**

    + **Extensive experience with Qualcomm headset SDK**

    + **Hands-on experience with Qualcomm tooling and embedded development**

    + **Strong expertise in:**

    + **USB**

    + **BR/EDR**

    + **BLE**

    Performance Indicators

    + **Ability to meet deadlines**

    + **Quality and impact of firmware work delivered**

    Top 3 Hard Skills Required (Senior Level)

    1. **Qualcomm Firmware & Toolchain – 10+ years**

    2. **C/C++ Development – 10+ years**

    3. **Embedded Systems Development using Qualcomm Compilers & Tooling – 10+ years**
