Responsibilities for Business Program Manager include but are not limited to:
• Act as the Ads Policy expert for sales teams; resolve escalations
• Train teams on Google Ads policies + communicate policy updates
• Analyze policy compliance issues and prepare insights/reports
• Support new business customers and sellers with strategy + account planning
• Work with cross‑functional teams to improve policy processes and customer experience
Candidates for Business Program Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• 4–10 years of experience in Ads, Program Management, Sales Strategy, or Policy/Compliance
• Experience with Google Ads policies (ad disapprovals, suspensions) preferred but teachable
• Strong communication skills — able to train teams + talk to clients
• Good at data analysis, reporting, and identifying trends
• Cross‑functional experience working with Sales, Policy, Product, or Account Managers

• Pay: $53.90 - 70/hr.
• Shift: Hybrid (Tue-Thurs) 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**Pay Details:** $53.90 to $73.77 per hour
