Key Responsibilities

• The Business Operations Specialist supports organizational efficiency by managing vendor relationships and serving as a business analyst for non‑IT initiatives. Positioned between administrative and managerial levels, this role is responsible for maintaining project management processes, overseeing goals, timelines, metrics, and budgets. The specialist collaborates closely with project managers or directors to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across business units

Required Skills:

• Facilitate and maintain communication services across business units and project teams.

• Manage the storage, retrieval, and tracking of all project communication data and business metrics.

• Monitor and track communication milestones, key dates, and deliverables.

• Review contracts, cost proposals, and any related supplements.

• Develop, document, and update business processes.

• Create and manage project and work breakdown structures.

• Track budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure costs align with budget controls.

**Pay Details:** $44.19 per hour
