Administrative Assistant - Part-Time

Our client is seeking a permanent part time Administrative Assistant to work with the CEO, in a variety of office responsibilities.
Hourly pay: $20-$24 per hour depending on experience
Hours: Tuesday through Thursday 12:30 pm-5:30 pm and Friday 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Some key experience required for the position includes:
+ Preparing reports and updates using Excel
+ Managing multiple projects in the organization
+ Working with internal departments and external partners
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Maintain various databases for tracking and reporting.
+ Assisting with other office tasks as needed
Familiarity with working with Grants, monitoring compliance, and meeting crucial reporting deadlines.
Working with local industry and assisting in monitoring success of workforce development.
This position requires good judgement managing multiple projects and priorities.
Experience working with the public, and enhancing their experiences in the organization, which is a critical part of the organizations success.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
Business casual environment.
**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
