Description

Robert Half Legal is partnering with a leading regional midsize law firm, with multiple offices throughout California, in their search for a Senior Civil Litigation Attorney. This is a short-term, 6-month contract opportunity and is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Draft and review motions, pleadings, and other legal documents

+ Conduct thorough legal research and provide high-quality written analysis

+ Advise and collaborate with firm attorneys and staff on complex civil litigation matters

+ Manage case strategy and deadlines, ensuring efficiency and compliance with court requirements

+ Represent clients in virtual hearings, depositions, and mediations as needed

Requirements

Requirements:

+ J.D. degree from an accredited law school

+ Minimum of 7 years of experience practicing law, with a strong background in civil litigation

+ Active member of the California Bar, in good standing

+ Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities
