    Robert Half Legal is partnering with a prominent boutique defense firm in their search for a Litigation Paralegal. This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm recognized for its excellent culture and commitment to both client success and team collaboration.

    Position Highlights:

    + Contract-to-hire opportunity, offering pathway to a permanent role.

    + Hybrid schedule: 2 days on-site, 3 days remote.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, including legal research, discovery, and trial preparation.

    + Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and prepare exhibits.

    + Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with firm protocols.

    + Coordinate and communicate with clients, experts, and witnesses.

    + Conduct fact investigations and summarize key case materials.

    + Assist with e-filing and other court procedures.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Paralegal certificate or degree, and experience in defense-side litigation preferred.

    + Prior experience handling matters in premises liability, product liability, employment law, or personal injury a strong plus.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced legal setting.

    + Proficiency with legal research databases and standard office technology.
