    We are seeking an Associate Flight Assurance Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The role involves developing and optimizing manufacturing processes to meet product requirements and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

    Responsibilities

    + Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment.

    + Provide manufacturing engineering support to Production by addressing questions and requests.

    + Offer inputs to Design Engineering to optimize manufacturing flow, cost, and layout, leveraging knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials.

    + Generate product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information, including soliciting observations from operators and technicians.

    + Draft work instructions in accordance with product requirements and assembly drawings.

    + Ensure manufacturing procedures comply with safety and environmental regulations.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related discipline OR 8 years of equivalent experience.

    + 0–3 years of experience in flight/mission assurance, quality engineering, or reliability engineering within aerospace or manufacturing environments.

    + Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with tools for risk analysis and reliability modeling.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Understanding of quality standards (AS9100, NASA/DoD requirements), risk management processes, and mission assurance methodologies.

    + Experience with reliability analysis tools or systems engineering tools.

    + Exposure to aerospace hardware development, testing, or manufacturing environments.

    Work Environment

    This position is based on-site at a manufacturing facility in Midland. The company offers a direct hire opportunity with relocation assistance, including a stipend, hotel stay for 2-3 months, and stock options.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Midland, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $85000.00/yr.

     

    Client will pay hotel stay for 3 months, stipend of $1050 a month, RSU package.

     

    Workplace Type

     

    This is a fully onsite position in Midland,TX.
