    Are you a hands‑on problem solver who enjoys bringing technical components together with accuracy and pride? Join our team as an **Assembler** , where your skills will support the production of motors, blowers, evaporators, condensers, and complex wiring assemblies. You’ll play a key role in creating high‑quality products while working in a focused, quiet manufacturing environment designed for excellence.

    Schedule

    **Shift:** 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

    Overtime:

    + Typically 5–10 hours per week

    + Up to 2 Saturdays per month

    + Often voluntary; occasionally required

     

    Pay Range

     

    $22.00 – $26.00 per hour

     

    Compensation is based on skills, experience, and demonstrated competency.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Interpret engineering drawings and use EPS/PPP tools, ensuring all tools are calibrated and functioning properly.

    + Assemble products following prints and released procedures to deliver consistent, high‑quality work.

    + Safely operate equipment such as die cutters, drill presses, lathes, mills, and sanders.

    + Perform in‑process inspections or route assemblies to Quality as required.

    + Troubleshoot quality issues, complete rework, and escalate complex challenges to staff when needed.

    + Conduct testing per established procedures, record results, and resolve failures through rework or troubleshooting.

    + Sign off on assembly and test operations and accurately track time and job progress.

    + Maintain a clean, safe build area through Foreign Object Detection (FOD) practices.

    + Follow all safety protocols and consistently use required PPE.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficient in mechanical and electrical assembly.

    + Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

    + Skilled with hand and power tools.

    + Solid understanding of component and assembly requirements using blueprints and BOMs.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
