_Installer Technician- Weekly Pay- Start ASAP_

_Location: Aberdeen, SD_

_Pay: $20-$22/hour_

_Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm_

_Join our team as an Installer, where you will be an essential part of a crew responsible for installing garage doors on commercia job sites. This role offers a dynamic work environment with regional travel while ensuring you are home every night. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break. Occasional Saturday work is on a voluntary basis._

_Responsibilities:_

+ _Participate in regional travel to job sites, meeting at the shop each morning with your crew._

+ _Work as part of a two-person crew, starting as a laborer/helper with opportunities to advance to a lead role._

+ _Perform tasks such as hardwiring doors, setting tracks, and putting up springs._

+ _Assist in physically demanding installations and be prepared to work in various weather conditions, including winter elements._

_Essential Skills:_

+ _1-2 years of construction experience._

+ _Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks._

+ _Tape measure proficiency._

+ _Experience with hand tools and power tools._

_Additional Skills & Qualifications:_

+ _1-2 years of relevant installation experience, ideally with garage doors._

+ _Mechanical, troubleshooting, electrical, and repair skills._

+ _Ability to read and interpret blueprints._

+ _Valid driver's license or ability to obtain one within 6 months._

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
