    Job Title: Secondary Operations Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Secondary Operations Technician to join our team. This role involves standing for 8 hours, replenishing machinery with tubing, and conducting quality checks on finished tubing using visual inspections and measuring tools. You will work with measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers, and tape measures, and you will be responsible for loading tubing into machines and adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work orders.

    Responsibilities

    + Replenish machines with tubing as needed.

    + Conduct quality checks on finished tubing using visual inspections and measuring tools like micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.

    + Load tubing into machines efficiently and safely.

    + Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work orders accurately.

    + Stand for extended periods of 8 hours.

    + Perform tasks requiring hand dexterity and the ability to raise arms above head.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in quality assurance and quality control using measuring tools such as tape measures, micrometers, and calipers.

    + Ability to conduct visual inspections and follow procedures accurately.

    + Proficiency in machine operation and documentation.

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Detail-oriented with strong hand dexterity.

    + Experience in inspection of parts and quality assurance is advantageous.

    The work environment is a controlled and tidy space, requiring adherence to minimal Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). While not a clean room, it maintains high standards of cleanliness and organization. Employees are expected to follow appropriate dress codes.

    This is a Contract position based out of Easton, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
