    Line Operator 3rd shift - $19.50

     

    Join our Line 1 Operations Team, where you’ll rotate through four stations during each shift and help keep production running smoothly.

    What You’ll Do

    + Operate production line machinery and equipment

    + Set blades on conveyors and support pressing, cooling, and painting processes

    + Inspect finished products to ensure quality

    + Work as part of a team to maintain efficiency and safety

    What You Need

    + Production or general labor experience

    + Ability to stand for 10‑hour shifts and rotate stations

    + Able to lift 40–50 lbs

    + Strong attention to detail and basic measurement skills

    + Experience with assembly or machine operation is a plus

    + **1st:** 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

    + **2nd:** 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

    + **3rd:** 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

    + First day includes a 6 AM orientation, tour, and training

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rock Island, IL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $19.50/hr.
