Electrical Test Technician | $26+ HR

We are seeking an experienced **Test Technician** to support electrical and mechanical testing for production and prototype equipment. This role is critical to ensuring product reliability, accuracy, and compliance with engineering and safety standards.

Responsibilities

+ Test, troubleshoot, and document wiring and functional issues using schematics and test procedures

+ Support prototype testing and collaborate with engineering on design and nonconformance corrections

+ Program and test PLCs and set up electronic components and protective circuits

+ Build test simulations and assist in training new testers

+ Perform final inspections on all tested units and maintain a safe, compliant work environment

Required Skills

+ Ability to read blueprints and perform mechanical assembly

+ Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems

+ Experience with schematics, multimeters, calibration, wiring, and test equipment

+ Ability to work safely with 480V circuits and PLC systems

+ Proficiency with hand tools and inspection tools

Preferred Qualifications

+ 2+ years of electrical/electronics experience

+ Knowledge of electrical principles, power management, and complex circuit schematics

+ Experience with PLC interfaces, programming, or networking

+ Familiarity with LO/TO and OSHA electrical safety standards

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $54080.00/yr.
