Warehouse Worker

Our team, a leading manufacturer of compression systems for the oil and gas industry, is seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Worker to join our team in Henderson, CO. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment and enjoys contributing to every aspect of warehouse operations.

**Location:** Henderson, CO

**Pay:** $22–$25 per hour

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

+ Perform daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory levels

+ Handle shipping and receiving, including unloading trucks and verifying incoming materials

+ Complete order picking, staging, and preparation for outbound shipments

+ Operate sit‑down forklifts (electric, propane, or diesel) safely and efficiently

+ Track inventory using Epicor ERP and maintain item locations through our internal MTR tracking system

+ Support all warehouse functions—this is a fully cross‑functional role, not limited to a single department

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Required Skills & Experience

+ Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience, including shipping, receiving, and inventory

+ ERP system experience (Epicor preferred)

+ Proven sit‑down forklift operation experience

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
