    •️ What You’ll Do

     

    You’ll be a key contributor in assembling stainless‑steel components and full systems used by industry-leading companies. Your day‑to‑day will include:

     

    + Performing mechanical assembly of custom components and full systems based on daily/weekly build plans

    + Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and detailed work instructions

    + Working in small teams of 1–2 to complete high‑precision builds and sub‑assemblies

    + Supporting system staging, cleaning final products, and building crates for shipment

    + Maintaining an organized, safe work area and following all manufacturing best practices

    + Proactively identifying missing parts or potential issues to keep production flowing

    + Contributing to continuous improvement efforts in organization, workflow, and assembly quality

    • What You Bring

    + 2+ years of mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience

    + Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed assembly procedures

    + Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and safety protocols

    + Ability to think ahead, problem-solve, and stay productive throughout the shift

    + Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working 1st shift (6:30am–3:00pm)

    + Team‑oriented mindset for a small, collaborative shop environment

    Bonus Skills (Not Required)

    + Basic electrical experience

    + Familiarity with industrial fabrication environments

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Amherst, NY.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
