Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

We are seeking skilled weekend **Maintenance Mechanics** to join our team. Your role will involve troubleshooting CNC equipment and foundry equipment, as well as performing minor fabrication using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.

Job Details

+ Shifts are Sunday to Thursday 11pm to 7am & Thursday to Sunday 11pm to 7am

+ Pay is $28 to $35 based on experience

+ Must be available to interview this week and start this week or next week

+ Full time position with full benefits

Responsibilities

+ Troubleshoot CNC and foundry equipment.

+ Perform minor fabrication using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.

+ Troubleshoot and repair 3-phase motors.

+ Read electrical schematics and troubleshoot 480V and 220V electrical systems.

+ Troubleshoot and maintain PLC, electrical, mechanical, and CNC systems, including lathes and mills.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in troubleshooting CNC equipment and foundry equipment.

+ Basic knowledge of MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.

+ Experience with 3-phase motor repair.

+ Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics for 480V and 220V systems.

+ Experience with PLC, electrical, and mechanical maintenance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Familiarity with Maak, Haas, Fanuc, Morisieki, and Okuma machinery is highly preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Tampa, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $35.00/hr.
