    We are looking for a motivated Assembly Technician ready to take us to the next level!

    Job Description

    We are looking for an **Assembly** **Technician** to operate machinery, perform quality checks, and ensure accurate documentation in a manufacturing environment. This position will be **Full-Time** and **Onsite in Manheim, PA.**

     

    1st shift- **Mon – Thu Thu- 5:30am to 4:00pm**

    What You’ll Do

    + Operate machines and equipment daily (Annealing Machines)

    + Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards

    + Use inspection tools to independently complete quality inspection documentation

    + Understand gauging and visual inspection tooling, with attention to detailed processes

    + Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation and notification when defects are identified

    + Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures

    + Communicate with Team Lead, Supervisor, and/or Technician on any issues that arise during operation

    + Maintain organization and count of finished parts

     

    What You'll Need

    Required:

    + High School Diploma or Equivalent

    + Experience in a manufacturing environment

    + Experience interacting with mechanical systems.

    + Proficiency with inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and optical comparators for dimensional inspection of materials

    + Proven record of using inspection data to make mechanical and program changes to achieve part specifications

    + Basic computer navigation and utilization skills

    + Ability to read and write in English

    + Ability to lift 40 lbs.

    Preferred:

    + Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)

    Physical Demands

    + Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

    + Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

    + Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

    + Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 40 lbs.

    $18.00 per hour

     

    The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access.
