Description
Responsible for ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local prevailing wage laws for all government-funded construction projects. This role oversees the end-to-end certified payroll process, including wage determinations, labor classifications, fringe calculations, correction of variances, and the preparation and submission of weekly certified payroll reports through FCC, LCPTracker, and EMARS systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of Certified Payroll experience; experience with, LCPTracker, and EMARS preferred.
Advanced understanding of Davis-Bacon, SCA, prevailing wage determinations, and fringe calculations.
Experience with payroll systems such as Paycom, ADP, Workday
Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
Ability to meet urgent deadlines with high-volume weekly submissions.
Strong Excel and reporting skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.73 - $32.69/hr.
