    Case Worker Tax Relief

    Five Star Tax Resolution is a leading tax relief firm dedicated to helping individuals and businesses resolve complex tax issues with confidence and compassion. We are seeking a detail‑oriented and client‑focused Case Worker to support clients throughout the tax relief process and advocate on their behalf.

    Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management

    + Conduct initial consultations to understand clients’ tax situations.

    + Gather financial documents and determine eligibility for tax relief programs.

    + Build rapport and provide a positive, supportive client experience.

    Communication & Support

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.

    + Provide timely updates, answer questions, and guide clients through every stage of the resolution process.

    Collaboration

    + Work closely with internal legal and tax teams to develop personalized resolution strategies.

    + Help prepare and submit all required documentation to the IRS and state agencies.

    Follow-Up & Documentation

    + Maintain accurate case files and records within the case management system.

    + Track case progress and ensure all deadlines and follow-ups are completed on time.

    Qualifications

    + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

    + Experience:

    + 2+ years of experience in case management, tax resolution, financial services, or a related field preferred.

    + Technical Skills:

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

    + Experience using case management software (preferred)

    + Soft Skills:

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    + Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail

    + Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
