CTG is seeking to fill a Package Consultant – SAP HANA FIN FI position for our client.

**Location:** San Diego, CA

**Duration:** 10 months

**Travel:** 50% travel required

Duties:

+ Implement, configure, and support SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) solutions with a primary focus on Fixed Assets and Asset Accounting.

+ Serve as a trusted SAP Finance advisor, working directly with clients to analyze business requirements and deliver high-quality, compliant solutions.

+ Lead and deliver SAP Fixed Assets capabilities, including Assets Under Construction (AUC) / Construction in Process (CIP).

+ Support global SAP implementations, ensuring compliance with local and statutory requirements, including operations in India.

+ Drive transition and optimization of Fixed Asset Insurance and related capabilities from ECC to S/4HANA.

+ Integrate SAP Finance with financial planning systems, capital approval workflows, and related enterprise systems.

+ Support revenue recognition and leasing processes in alignment with regulatory standards.

+ Participate in hybrid migration programs (Bluefield, IBM Rapid Move, SAP Selective Data Transition) from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining a strategic solution focus that emphasizes simplicity, scalability, and maintainability.

Skills:

+ SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) configuration and implementation

+ SAP Fixed Assets, AUC / CIP

+ SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR)

+ Revenue Recognition standards: ASC 606 / IFRS 15

+ Lease Accounting standards: ASC 842 / IFRS 16

+ Fixed Asset Insurance and asset lifecycle management

+ Integration with financial planning and capital approval systems

+ Strong business process and techno-functional expertise

+ Excellent client-facing and stakeholder communication skills

Highly Desired Skills:

+ Product-as-a-Service or Device-as-a-Service leasing models

+ Fixed asset classification, bundling, and subscription business models

+ SAP experience within the Medical Devices industry

+ Integration experience with Planisware

Experience:

+ Multiple years of SAP Finance consulting experience with ownership of full-cycle SAP project delivery

+ Proven experience delivering SAP Fixed Assets solutions for global clients

+ Hands-on experience transitioning from SAP ECC to S/4HANA

+ Experience supporting complex, regulated financial environments

Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
