    LMSW or LLMSW Case Manager – Community Behavioral Health

    Position Overview

    The Licensed Social Worker will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support individuals and families in community behavioral health settings. Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, coordinating services, advocacy, resource support, and collaborating with a broad care team to improve overall wellbeing. This role is primarily community-based and involves traveling to meet with clients (mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate).

    Position Type: Contract (Temp, with strong potential for extension or Temp-to-Perm)

    Contract Length: 13 weeks

    + Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week

     

    Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible)

    Pay Rates:

    LLMSW: $45/hour

    LMSW: $50/hour

    Overtime: 1.5x

    Minimum Requirements

    + Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution

    + Active Michigan LARA licensure (LLMSW or LMSW required)

    + Minimum one year of social work experience preferred

    + Valid driver’s license (must confirm in submission)
