    $53/hr | Seguin, TX | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)

    Position Overview

    The Bilingual Educational Diagnostician supports elementary students through comprehensive evaluations and ARD participation. This role focuses on providing equitable assessment services across bilingual and English-speaking campuses, supporting data-driven educational decision-making. The position emphasizes collaboration and well-rounded diagnostic practice.

    Assignment Details

    + Location: Seguin, TX

    + Start Date: ASAP (estimated February 2, 2026)

    + End Date: May 21, 2026

    + Duration: Approximately 18 weeks

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday

    + Hours: 40 hours per week

    + Daily Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

    + Pay Rate: $53 per hour

    + Modality: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

    + Travel: N/A

    Caseload & Role Details

    + Grade Level: Elementary

    + Assignment Structure:

    + Primary assignment to a bilingual campus

    + Support provided to additional English-speaking campuses as needed

    + Caseload Distribution: Equitable across all assigned diagnosticians

    Primary Responsibilities

    + Conduct full multidisciplinary evaluations for special education eligibility

    + Attend ARD meetings and contribute diagnostician input

    + Collaborate with campus staff and multidisciplinary teams

    + Maintain compliant documentation aligned with state and federal guidelines

    + Provide culturally and linguistically responsive assessment services

    Minimum Requirements

    + Active Educational Diagnostician certification in the state of Texas

    + Bilingual certification required

    + Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice

    + CPR certification if applicable

    + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray per requirements

    + Current health certificate per state or contract regulations

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
