Setting: In-Person Only (Floating between sites and districts)
Position Overview
Seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral support services across preschool through 12th grade students in a school-based setting. This position requires flexibility, strong collaboration skills, and comfort working across multiple sites and districts.
The caseload will begin at approximately 5 students and is expected to grow over time. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA looking to start part-time and build into a full-time schedule.
Schedule & Hours
+ Schedule: Candidate will create their own schedule
+ Hours per Week:
+ Starting at 6 hours/week (part time)
+ Opportunity to increase up to 35 hours/week (full time)
Caseload & Responsibilities
+ Provide behavioral consultation and services to students across Preschool–12th grade
+ Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
+ Develop and update Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
+ Participate in and support IEP meetings
+ Supervise and support RBTs, as applicable
+ Collaborate with school teams across multiple sites
+ Utilize SEIS for documentation and reporting
Pay Details
+ Local Pay Rate: $70/HR
Minimum Requirements
+ Active BCBA license (required)
+ School-based experience preferred
+ RBT supervisory experience preferred
+ FBA and BIP development experience preferred
+ Comfortable participating in IEP meetings
+ Experience working in SEIS preferred
+ Must be flexible and comfortable traveling between sites
