Position Summary
The Speech-Language Pathologist provides evaluation and therapy services to high school-level students in accordance with individualized plans of care and physician orders. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, documenting all services, delivering evidence-based interventions, and collaborating with school personnel to support student communication needs.
Minimum Requirements
+ Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of assignment
+ Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required
+ Adherence to professional standards of practice
+ Current CPR (if applicable)
+ TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable)
+ Current health certificate (per state or contract requirement)
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
