    Local Pay Rate: $80/HR

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time (40 hours/week)

     

    Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

     

    About the Opportunity

     

    We are actively seeking dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join school district teams in Northern California for the 2026–2027 school year.

     

    In this role, you will work directly with K–12 students, conducting evaluations and providing individualized, evidence-based speech and language therapy in alignment with each student’s plan of care and district requirements. You’ll collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ communication development and academic success.

     

    This is an in-person position only.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations

    + Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans

    + Deliver student-centered therapy services

    + Collaborate with teachers, families, and support teams

    + Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines

    Minimum Requirements

    + Active California SLP License (required)

    + CCC-SLP preferred (may be required depending on district/contract)

    + Compliance with all professional standards and state/federal regulations

    + Current CPR certification (if applicable)

    + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (as required)

    + Current health certificate (per state or contract requirements)

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
