A little about the position :

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer with expertise in Microsoft 365 (M365) and identity management technologies to design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable solutions across our enterprise environment. This role will focus on Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, Active Directory, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations to ensure a seamless and secure user experience.

Some of What You Will Do :

+ Microsoft 365 Administration:

+ Manage and optimize M365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.

+ Implement governance and compliance policies for M365 workloads.

+ Identity & Access Management:

+ Configure and maintain Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and on-prem Active Directory.

+ Design and enforce Conditional Access policies to enhance security posture.

+ Implement and manage SSO solutions for cloud and on-prem applications using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.

+ Security & Compliance:

+ Monitor and remediate identity-related security alerts.

+ Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards for identity and access.

+ Collaboration Platforms:

+ Administer and troubleshoot SharePoint Online and OneDrive environments.

+ Support migration projects and integration with third-party tools.

+ Automation & Optimization:

+ Develop PowerShell scripts for automation of routine tasks.

+ Optimize performance and reliability of identity and collaboration services.

What You Bring to the Table : (Qualifications)

Required Qualifications:

+ Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Entra ID/Azure AD .

+ Strong knowledge of Conditional Access , MFA, and Zero Trust principles.

+ Hands-on experience with Active Directory (on-prem and hybrid).

+ Familiarity with SSO technologies and federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).

+ Experience managing SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business .

+ Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.

+ Understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Microsoft certifications such as MS-102 , SC-300 , or AZ-104 .

+ Experience with identity governance and lifecycle management.

+ Knowledge of Intune and endpoint management.

Education

+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology , Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

+ Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred.

Experience

+ 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or administration with a focus on Microsoft technologies.

+ 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD in an enterprise environment.

+ Experience implementing Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO solutions.

+ Background in automation using PowerShell and managing hybrid identity environments.
