    Job Summary

    As a Senior Catering Manager at JPMC Global Headquarters, you play a critical role in delivering high‑volume, high‑end events, including premium plated dinners. This position oversees all aspects of event execution—communication, planning, logistics, setup, service, breakdown, and accurate invoicing.

     

    This is a Monday–Friday role with required evening availability. Shift times vary based on business needs and typically fall between **11:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.**

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead and manage all catering events from planning through execution.

    + Coordinate event logistics while ensuring adherence to brand standards and operational excellence.

    + Partner closely with management to align on food, staffing, and facility requirements.

    + Hire, train, and develop associates in service techniques and event standards.

    + Support cost control initiatives and operational efficiency in alignment with client and company budgets.

    + Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

    + Perform additional duties as assigned.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Minimum **3 years of food service experience** , including **1 year in a leadership role** .

    + Prior catering experience required.

    + EMS experience preferred.

    + Strong knowledge of food and catering trends, including quality, production, sanitation, cost controls, and presentation.

    + Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general computer skills.

    + **ServSafe Certification** preferred.
