Patient Services Manager (PSM)

Are you passionate about patient experience, team leadership, and healthcare foodservice? Morrison Healthcare is seeking a **Patient Services Manager** to lead and elevate our Patient Services Team in a fast-paced **acute care** environment in **Lawrenceville, GA** .

In this role, you’ll be at the center of patient satisfaction—driving service excellence, mentoring teams, and ensuring nutrition services align with clinical standards and individual patient needs.

What You’ll Do

+ Lead and execute patient foodservice programs based on medical direction, patient populations, and operational goals

+ Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing Patient Services team

+ Ensure compliance with prescribed diets and modified nutrition plans while honoring patient preferences

+ Drive patient satisfaction initiatives and support achievement of service excellence benchmarks

+ Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards (federal, state, accrediting bodies), including HIPAA and patient rights policies

+ Participate in and lead patient satisfaction efforts, departmental meetings, and facility-wide Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement programs

What We’re Looking For

+ Associate degree plus **1+ year** of foodservice or related experience **OR** Bachelor’s degree in foodservice management, nutrition, or a related field

+ **Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), Registered Diet Technician (DTR), or Registered Dietitian (RD)** preferred

+ **1+ year of foodservice management experience** , ideally in an acute care or healthcare setting

+ ServSafe® certification preferred

+ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, electronic medical records (EMR), and diet office systems
