Job Description:
Manages budget spreadsheet and stays within allocated budget. Responds quickly to issues identified by physicians, skillfully communicating to the appropriate administrator(s), and responds back to the physician. Implements strategic physician marketing plans and strategies, understanding profitability, setting appropriate tracking mechanisms, and demonstrating positive ROI. Works with strategically identified physicians to facilitate introductions to physicians and/or hospital programs and service with a focus on building business. Articulates issues facing departments and marketabilty and suggests potential solutions. Maintains and grows accurate knowledge of current trends in the healthcare market and physician arenas. Tracks key visits, blitzes, opportunities, and issues. Maintains confidentiality of employees, patients, administration, and medical staff information. Other duties as assigned. Secures face-to-face meetings with physicians or key decision-makers in practices. Assists with the development, distribution, and communication of key information as directed by hospital administration. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to think critically and strategically
• Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work well with others using tact and diplomacy
• Ability to implement initiatives in a strategic manner with minimal supervision, multi-task and take direction in a matrixed work environment
• Fundamental knowledge of marketing and sales
• General knowledge of computer hardware and software, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, and Word) and familiarity with other relevant programs such as SalesForce and MarketWare
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills
• Effective communication techniques to make oral presentations, prepare written reports, and demonstrate writing ability
• Ability to work with teams comprised of individuals with various degrees of knowledge as well as the ability to work independently
• Effective interpersonal and influence skills, including negotiation and public speaking
• Ability to build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships, promote physician networks, plan and execute events, and develop new referral sources
• Familiarity with hospital operations, language, roles, and the hospital sales industry
• Ability to travel between hospital and physician offices and work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of the position
• Demonstrated initiative, poise, confidence, good time management skills, customer and results-oriented approach
• Ability to verbally articulate service line and product attributes, actively listen to physician and practice needs for hospital inpatient/outpatient services, and conceptualize and generate sales within a fluid environment
• Self-directed with an ability to oversee multiple projects/activities simultaneously
Education:
• Associate [Required]
• Bachelor's [Preferred]
• Master's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
• Associate in Marketing, Business, Communications, English
Work Experience:
• 1+ healthcare or sales [Preferred]
Additional Information:
An equivalent combination of education ad relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:
- Associates degree and 1+ years of experience OR
- High School Grad or Equivalent and 3+ years of experience.
Licenses and Certifications:
• Driver's License (DL) [Required]
• Registered Nurse (RN) [Preferred]
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) [Preferred]

Pay Range:
$62,075.00 - $115,463.00
