Job Description:

+ Shift : M-F- 8AM-4:30PM

+ Previous Experience with Continuing Education, Education Accreditation Standards, and Professional Development.

+ Recruits, hires, trains, and develops department staff, addressing performance deficits and rule violations with corrective action.

+ Ensures customer service is a high priority for every staff member.

+ Participates in community service events sponsored by the university.

+ Works cooperatively interdepartmentally for the good of the university.

+ Meets all deadlines and requests for information from accreditation bodies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

+ Strong organization skills [Required]

+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills [Required]

+ Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in understandable terms to all levels of staff [Required]

+ Effective computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel [Required]
