Job Description:

+ Delivers patient-centered nursing care using principles to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.

+ Establishes a compassionate environment by providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients and their families.

+ Provides quality care by adhering to Standards of Practice and measuring health outcomes against patient-centered goals.

+ Utilizes multidisciplinary team strategies to achieve quality outcomes.

+ Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with policies and procedures and calling for assistance from healthcare support personnel when needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

+ Display proficient clinical critical care skills and critical thinking skills with strong communication skills

+ Basic computer skills, with experience in Windows operating system [Preferred]

+ Commitment to hourly patient rounding

+ Ability to quickly learn and follow departmental policies and procedures

+ Knowledge of all anatomy, including cardiac and circulatory neuro systems

Education:

+ Associate's of Nursing [Required]

+ Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Work Experience:

+ 2+ acute care experience [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:

+ Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]

+ Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

+ Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required]

$33.65 - $62.59
