    Job Description:

    + Follows established policies, procedures, guidelines, medical protocols, safety protocols, and infection control standards.

    + Completes patient care reports, billing reports, and other required documentation per established guidelines.

    + Performs assessments based on training and medical protocols to determine and apply treatment and transport methods.

    + Drives ambulance safely and defensively, obeying traffic rules and regulations.

    + Assists higher-trained personnel in providing effective care.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

    Field of Study:

    Work Experience:

    • 1+ year experience in the field [Preferred]

    Additional Information:

    • Licensed in the state of practice [Required]

    Licenses and Certifications:

    • Emergency Medical Tech Cert (EMT) [Required] OR

    • EMT-Advanced (EMT-A) [Required]

    • Basic Life Support (BLS) [Required]

    • Driver's License (DL) [Required]
