Job Description:
+ Other duties as assigned.
+ Prioritizes and performs work to meet deadlines.
+ Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information and data review results.
+ Participates in the development and ongoing improvement of quality and standards processes.
+ Creates and maintains standard operating procedures and data management review documentation.
+ Escalates trends and repeated issues regarding data integrity and service to supervisors with recommendations for mitigation and continuous improvement. Identifies and documents opportunities for process and service delivery improvements.
+ Coordinates and leads feedback and calibration sessions with team managers.
+ Partners with team managers to leverage quality management tools for training and coaching new team members.
+ Manages data and reports to facilitate reviews, audits, and dashboard data exchange.
+ Documents review results to support feedback cycles and analysis.
+ Evaluates service and data integrity to ensure compliance with defined standards.
+ Maintains understanding and application of case management and communication standards.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge [Required]
• Ability to objectively evaluate process and service application and outcomes [Required]
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally [Required]
• Skilled in comparing multiple data sets and translate to operational performance [Required]
• Evaluation or work product of others against defined standards [Preferred]
• Analysis and identification of trends based on data [Preferred]
• Partnership and collaboration across business operations [Preferred]
• Use of data modeling and visualization techniques [Preferred]
Education:
• Bachelor's [Required]
Field of Study:
• in related field
Work Experience:
• 2+ quality management or data analysis [Required]

Licenses and Certifications:
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) [Preferred]

$45,196.93 - $84,071.39
