    Job Description:

    Sign On Bonus: $10,000

    Relocation Bonus: $3,000

    + Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

    + Monitors patient progress and adjusts treatment plans as necessary.

    + Discharges patients when maximum benefit has been achieved.

    + Educates patients and caregivers on strategies to improve communication and swallowing skills.

    + Documents accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology following standards of practice, insurance guidelines and department/hospital policy and procedures.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Entry level competency of speech language pathology therapy practice theory principle and applications as defined in competency department policies [Required]

    • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office [Required]

    • Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English [Required]

    • NMES Training [Preferred]

    • LSVT [Preferred]

    Education:

    • Master's [Preferred]

    $65,622.66 - $122,055.21
