### Job Duties

Hibbing Fabricators is looking for Experienced Press Brake Operators!

Maintain a safe and ethical work environment

Work directly with Production Manager to ensure that job priorities are established

Use ERP software (Kinetic by Epicor) to build and execute the production schedule

Operate and setup press brake machine

Follow Work Center guidelines

Check Job Traveler for specific and/or special instructions

Review print to enter bend dimensions

Identify tooling needs, install in proper location on the machine

Calculate bend allowance and depth for bend

Perform spot inspections of parts

Work from drawings/prints to produce Quality conforming parts

Perform both visual and dimensional inspections to quality standards

Check height, depth, and other tolerances using calipers, gauges, etc.

Detect faulty operation of equipment or defective materials

### Minimum Education Required

Experience in Manufacturing

Set up and Operated a Press Brake

### Minimum Experience Required

Must be able to successfully set up equipment, form, and measure parts to print specifications.

Must have excellent communication and mechanical skills.

Must be able to read and understand blueprints and measuring equipment.

Must be quality and detailed orientated.
