    Job Title: Test Technician – Failure Analysis

     

    1st shift- 7:00am-4:00pm- Monday-Friday

    Location- Richardson, TX

    **Pay Rate:** $24.00 per hour

    Job Summary

    The Test Technician – Failure Analysis is responsible for running diagnostic tests to verify that cabinet assemblies are built to specification. This role focuses on identifying, analyzing, and documenting failures or deviations to support quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts within the manufacturing process.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Perform diagnostic testing on cabinet assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications

    + Conduct failure analysis to identify root causes of defects or performance issues

    + Document test results, failures, and corrective actions clearly and accurately

    + Collaborate with quality, engineering, and assembly teams to resolve issues

    + Verify rework or corrective actions meet required standards

    + Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures

    + Maintain accurate records and support audit or compliance requirements

    Required Experience

    + 3–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, testing, quality inspection, assembly, or failure analysis

    + Hands-on experience troubleshooting and diagnosing assembly or product failures

    Education Requirements

    + High school diploma or equivalent **and** additional coursework or training after high school **OR**

    + An equivalent combination of education and experience

    + **Proof of education is required and must be provided**

    Skills & Qualifications

    + Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

    + Ability to interpret specifications, work instructions, and test procedures

    + Attention to detail and strong documentation skills

    + Familiarity with manufacturing quality standards and testing processes

     

    Compliance Requirement (ITAR/EAR)

     

    This position requires access to information and/or facilities subject to the **International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)** and/or **Export Administration Regulations (EAR)** .

     

    Employment in this position may be restricted to **U.S. persons** , including U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, or asylees, or to certain foreign nationals who have received an approved export license.

     

    **Pay Details:** $24.00 per hour
