    Job Title: Capital Execution Program Manager

     

    Summary:The Capital Execution (CapEx) Program Manager leads the Waterford Site’s capital investment portfolio, overseeing project scoping, funding, and execution to support safe, reliable operations. This role manages a team of project engineers and partners closely with Engineering, Operations, and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) departments to deliver annual site capital investment goals. The CapEx Program Manager reports to the Senior Site Strategic Projects Manager and ensures strong communication, collaboration, and risk management across the site.

     

    Please note that this role requires on-site presence five days per week, Monday through Friday

    Responsibilities Include:

    + Lead development and safe execution of Waterford Capital Investment Project Portfolio and annual budget. Specific job duties include:

    + Support Process Engineering with project scoping and business justification.

    + Securing Capital funding and approval of projects/appropriation requests.

    + Development and management of the annual site capital investment budget and group resourcing/staffing needs.

    + Oversight of Capital Investment Program project performance and execution.

    + Monitor and report, communication, and collaboration with WTFD site for new and future projects.

    + Daily direct management of the capital project group (~5-7 direct reports) including oversight, staffing, development, coaching, etc.

    + Collaborate regularly internally at the site and global level stakeholders and with the outside contractors/vendor base to maintain and execute the Capital Investment Program.

    + Drive prompt and regular communication across the Waterford site.

    + Actively manages Capital Investment program risks to support stable production activities of the Waterford Site.

    + Role-models and drives a safety first and strong EHS and sustainability culture.

    + Performs above mentioned responsibilities safely, ethically, and in compliance with all federal and state regulations

    Qualifications:

    The following are required for the role

    + Bachelor’s in Engineering, Finance/Business, Science, or related field

    + At least 10 years of Technical or Operations Professional Experience

    + Minimum of 3 years leading or driving projects forward successfully.

    + At least 3 years of work experience within a chemical processing, manufacturing facility, or oil & gas industries.

    + Motivates and drives continuous improvement.

    + Exhibits strong personal EHS behaviors and leadership.

    + Demonstrated performance to work in ways that overcomes obstacles and adapts approach to achieve results.

    + Develops sound decisions and direction with imperfect data and is comfortable with uncertainty and ambiguity.

    + Proficient written, verbal, and presentation skills.

    + Be able to work on site daily.

    The following are preferred for the role

    + Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

    + Motivates and sets expectations for their team or direct reports

    + Experience in developing technical programs and project tools from inception, design and engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning in an operating plant.

    + Experience with project or program risk management tool and processes.

    + Experience with manufacturing operational business processes/costing.

    + Experience with development of project justification.

    What We Offer:Base Pay Range: $122,500 - $179,300

     

    The actua l salary offered i s determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill set s, and geography. Local geographic pay differentials may not be reflected in the above pay range and will be discussed with you by a member of the HR team when applicable .     Additionally, this role is eligible for incentive or sales variable compensation payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company's incentive plans, the Company's financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.
