    + **Schedule:** Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m., with 1 Holiday per year and 1 weekend shift every four weeks.

    + **Salary:** $87,934.35 - $128,602.95 per year

    Responsibilities

    Lead the delivery of quality patient care and adherence to policies, procedures and therapy protocols.

     

    + Actively participate in the process of monitoring, guiding and evaluating staff performance.

    + Contribute to the efficient operation of the department by assisting with coordinating activities, prioritizing workflow and promoting decision-making and problem solving.

    + Perform the duties of a physical therapist.

    + Provide consultation for and/or management of patients requiring complex or advanced treatment.

    + Serve as a positive role model for staff and patients by working with them to promote teamwork and cooperation.

    Requirements

    Licensure / Certification / Registration:

    + BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American HeartAssociation or American Red Cross accepted.

    + Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

    Education:

    + Bachelor's degree required.

    + Master's degree preferred.

    Work Experience:

    + 1 year of experience required.
