About the 2026 Summer BayCare Health System Fellowship:

The BayCare Health System Fellowship is a 24-month fellowship in the Tampa Bay region over multiple counties. It is a unique opportunity for a recent graduate to get broad exposure to the largest health system in West Central Florida at both an executive and project level. The fellow will be exposed to a wide variety of health industry issues and take on project-specific work that is relevant to the current healthcare environment.

**Salary** : $68,000

+ Manage a variety of projects throughout their assigned hospital/division.

+ Opportunities for rotations through system facilities and divisions.

+ Undertake progressive responsibilities in order to develop leadership skills that will prepare her or him to undertake managerial and leadership activities (i.e. task forces, work groups, sections or dept.) and is exposed to areas of specific interest.

+ Report to preceptors who monitor fellowship progress and opportunities.

+ **Objectives:** Increase Knowledge and understanding of the health system and related organizations, increase knowledge, skill and ability in financial resources and human resources administration, increase knowledge and understanding of patient care support and environment, and increase knowledge, skill, and ability in program evaluation and assessment.
