The Utilization Coordinator (Homecare) responsibilities include:

+ Coordinates utilization appropriateness and admission documentation completeness.

+ Communicates to and educates staff regarding utilization and paperwork issues.

+ One UR will be responsible for a minimum of 100 Medicare Admissions per month.

+ **Facility:** BayCare Health System, Health Info Management-HomeCare

+ **Location:** Hybrid – HomeCare, Largo, FL

+ **Status:** Full-Time, Exempt

+ **Schedule:** Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

+ **Weekend requirement:** Occasional

+ **On Call:** No

Certifications and Licensures:

+ Required RN License – Florida

+ Preferred Case Management Certification

Education:

+ Required associate’s degree in nursing or nursing diploma

Experience:

+ Required - One Year Case Management

+ Required - One Year Homecare
