How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

The Senior MDM Engineer plays a pivotal role in engineering,

implementing, securing and supporting mobile devices (iOS/iPadOS, Android) and

macOS with Omnissa Workspace ONE.

This role requires deep technical knowledge, a strategic

mindset and a commitment to delivering excellence. The role is responsible for device lifecycle

management, zero‑touch

enrollment, policy and profile engineering, compliance automation, enterprise

app deployment, and platform integrations to keep our fleet secure and our end

users productive.

The Senior MDM Engineer will partner closely with IT,

Security and Cross-Functional teams to ensure operational reliability, security

and innovation.

KeyResponsibilities

+ Administerand manage Omnissa Workspace ONE for mobile devices (iOS/iPadOS, AndroidEnterprise) and macOS.

+ Monitorand enforce device patching compliance across all managed devices.

+ Deploysoftware and updates to mobile devices (iOS/iPadOS,Android) and macOS.

+ Develop,implement, and maintain mobile device management (MDM) policies andprocedures.

+ Conductregular device audits to ensure compliance and security.

+ Troubleshoot,diagnose, and resolve issues related to mobile devices, operating systems,and software deployments.

+ Serveas a subject matter expert for software, hardware, and operating systemdeployment and management.

+ Documentoperational procedures, configurations, roadmaps, and troubleshootingsteps for future reference.

+ Collaboratewith internal teams and stakeholders to optimize mobile device managementpractices.

+ Providehigh-quality customer service and support.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

+ 3+years of hands-on experience administering Workspace ONE acrossiOS/iPadOS, Android, and macOS in medium-to-large enterprises.

+ Expertwith Apple Business Manager (ABM/ASM), Apps & Books (VPP), AutomatedDevice Enrollment, Android Enterprise (Work Profile/COBO/COPE), Zero‑Touch/Knox Mobile Enrollment.

+ Deepknowledge of macOS management (profiles, PPPC/TCC, privacy controls,FileVault, software updates, SSO/Kerberos SSO Extension,certificates/SCEP, network payloads).

+ Strongscripting/automation experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash/Zsh), REST APIs,and Freestyle Orchestrator.

+ Experiencewith Declarative Device Management (DDM) for Apple platforms to enhancereal-time compliance and improve device responsiveness.

+ Hands‑on with WS1 Intelligence, FreestyleOrchestrator, sensors, dashboards, and data-driven remediation.

+ Excellentdocumentation, change management (ITIL), and cross-functionalcollaboration skills.

+ Experiencewith Identify Platforms (Ping, Entra ID).

+ Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explaintechnical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

+ Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

+ Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.

+ Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

+ Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

+ Advancedunderstanding of mobile device security and compliance standards.

+ Experiencewith enterprise-level software deployment and device auditing.

+ Abilityto work independently and as part of a team.

+ Experiencewith macOS packaging (PKG/DMG), AutoPkg, and notarization/staplingworkflows.
